Grabovoi codes are sequences of numbers that people write, say or picture while holding an intention in mind. They are named after Grigori Grabovoi, who published long lists of them, and they are often shared online with claims that a code can cure an illness or bring money. This guide covers where they came from, who Grabovoi is, what the evidence shows, and how to use a number sequence as a safe focus practice.

Where Grabovoi Codes Come From

Numerical sequences floating like dust motes in a dark column of light
Grabovoi codes are number sequences used as a point of focus.

The codes come from Grabovoi’s own books. The best known, published in Russian in 1999 and usually translated as Restoring the Human Body by Focusing on Numbers, pairs sequences with specific illnesses. The meaning of each sequence was assigned by Grabovoi himself, and no scientific study has shown that a sequence acts on a particular problem.

Lists online now also carry sequences for money, love and protection. The codes reached a far wider audience from 2020, when videos of people writing sequences on their skin spread on TikTok.

Who Is Grigori Grabovoi?

Grigori Grabovoi was born in 1963 in what is now Kazakhstan and built a following in Russia. News reports at the time of his trial called him a self-proclaimed healer. By his own account he could cure serious disease and raise the dead.

He was arrested in 2006. In July 2008 a Moscow court found him guilty on 11 counts of fraud and sentenced him to 11 years in prison. The case drew wide attention over reports that mothers of children killed in the 2004 Beslan school siege were among his clients, and that he had taken money on the promise of resurrecting the dead. The organisation Mothers of Beslan denied that any of its members had paid him, and his lawyers said he had not specifically promised to resurrect anyone.

A higher court cut the sentence to eight years, and he was released on parole in May 2010. In 2016 the European Court of Human Rights ruled that holding him in pretrial detention for more than two years had breached his rights.

Using a code does not make anyone foolish. It does mean the codes carry no special authority from the man who wrote them.

Do Grabovoi Codes Work?

There is no scientific evidence that Grabovoi codes, or any number sequences, heal illness or change physical, financial or relationship outcomes.

What people often describe is quieter. Repeating a short sequence while breathing slowly works much like a mantra or a counted breath: it gives the mind one thing to hold, and some people feel calmer for a while. That comes from the attention and the breath, not the digits. Slow breathing, at around six breaths a minute, is linked in research with higher heart rate variability, a marker of a nervous system that can change gear easily.

Health: Read This First

Grabovoi code lists often name serious illnesses. Never use a code instead of medical care, and never stop, delay or change treatment because of one. If symptoms are new or getting worse, see a doctor.

How People Use Number Sequences as a Practice

If you want to try a number sequence as a focus practice, keep it simple. None of these methods needs equipment or belief. Choose one.

Writing

Write the sequence slowly by hand, one digit at a time, for a few minutes. When your mind wanders, return to the next digit.

Speaking

Say the digits aloud or silently, one at a time, at the pace of a slow breath. Three unhurried rounds is enough.

Visualisation

Close your eyes and picture the digits one after another, holding each one briefly. Thirty to sixty seconds is plenty to begin with.

Breath

Breathe in for about four seconds, then say or picture the digits on a longer out-breath of about six. If the numbers get in the way, keep the breath and let them go.

Is There a Complete Grabovoi Codes List or PDF?

Grabovoi’s lists appear in his books, and unofficial copies circulate online as PDFs and image boards. This page does not reproduce them, and Quantum Frequara does not publish a Grabovoi codes PDF. No version of a list is more effective than another, because there is no evidence behind any of them.

Looking for a Grabovoi codes book? Several are sold online. Quantum Healing Codes is Quantum Frequara’s book, and the next section explains how it relates to Grabovoi’s work.

Grabovoi Codes and Quantum Healing Codes

Quantum Healing Codes builds on the number-sequence practice popularised by Grigori Grabovoi, and some of its sequences will be familiar to anyone who has used Grabovoi codes. Quantum Frequara organised them into its own directory of more than 1,500 codes and paired each with the four steps of the Frequara Correction (Recognise, Reset, Realign, Radiate), as a practice for focus and intention. Quantum Frequara does not endorse Grabovoi’s claims, and no code is a cure or a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Here are five examples from that directory. Each is a point of focus, not a promise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Grabovoi codes real?

The sequences exist and are widely shared: Grigori Grabovoi published them in his books. There is no scientific evidence that they do what the lists claim.

Do Grabovoi codes work?

There is no scientific evidence that they heal illness or change physical, financial or relationship outcomes. Some people find that repeating a sequence with slow breathing helps them focus or feel calmer, which comes from the attention and the breath, not the digits.

How do you use Grabovoi codes?

People choose one sequence and write it by hand, say it slowly, or picture it on a long out-breath, for three to ten minutes a day. Use it only as a focus practice, and keep up any treatment you are receiving.
